A Fall From Grace Eight: Vertigo
April 8th, 2007 - San Francisco, California
Burn Your Bridges

October 4th, 1997.

Matthew Lee, The Charm, Misery – sits in front of a television screen.  Next to him sits a somewhat younger Dan Timberland.  A man named Bane fills the screen in front of them as they both watch on.

Bane:  I found that all to be quite amusing.  Putting me off as the evil one, putting me off like I had any other choice to not take the actions that I did.  I was a highly unstable case, and if he can't recognize that then so be it.  And I bet he'll be thinking that I'll show some compassion at the end of our match, and I finally apologize... Hell no.

I've got nothing to apologize for.  He's the one who drove me over the edge, and he's the one whom I took it out on.  That's fair game.  And if he can't handle it, and if his friends don't like it - then so be it, they know where they can find me, and they know where the hospital is when they're done.  I just hope they can drive themselves there while they're bleeding.

Whatever nicknames you go by now, you're still the same to me.  I know you know the ultimate pain, I know it's hard to deal with the death of a loved one, and I know it's hard to grip the future to notice that you have to go out with a loss against me.  And you ask me, if I could possibly know what you have gone through?

Well can you possibly know what you've drove me through?   Multiple-personalities, day dreaming at the worst times, actually seeing my own light at the end of the tunnel, can you possibly know what goes on inside the head of a man who has lost it?  Can you?

I really doubt it.  I really doubt you.  Why choose me to be your end?  Why take a chance of the ultimate loss one more time?  I'm going to beat you.  Come to grips and realize it now.  I'm going to beat you.

The image flickers and leaves the screen.  Lee ejects the VHS tape it was recorded on.  Timberland has a notepad and a pencil.

Dan Timberland:  What do you think about that?

Misery:  I think he doesn't have his mind or his heart in the right place.  I do.  I have something worth fighting for.

April 8th, 2007.

San Francisco, California.  A closed off section of Baker Beach.  Heavily lighted, and heavily filled – seats were free and they hit all the colleges hard with leaflets.  Cheap beer doesn't hurt either.

Joel Cronus is in the ring.  Spotlight and class.

Joel Cronus:  Ladies and gentlemen – welcome to VERTIGO!

"Plush" a little bit louder than it should be played.

Joel Cronus:  Our first match of the evening is the FALL FROM GRACE MATCH!  This is a forced-retirement match – one fall or submission in the ring.  It is also for the AOWF Intercontinental Championship!

Jeffery Drake comes out geared up.

Joel Cronus:  Out first – the challenger – from Manhattan Beach, California.

He's flanked by Aarya Ranvir.

Joel Cronus:  I give you – the perfect hero – JEFFERY DRAKE!

Ransom:  I'm forgoing the introductions tonight – Danny – right now you're looking at him.  The best we have to offer – the most talent – the most honored – you're looking at the epitome of perfection – JEFFERY DRAKE!

Dan Timberland:  And all that hype can come tumbling down within three seconds at the hands of the person Joel is about to introduce.

Drake hops over the top rope.  He looks cocky and confident.

Joel Cronus:  And his opponent – the champion…

"Passenger" from the Deftones lights up.

Joel Cronus:  From Malibu Beach, California…

Kyle Matthew Lee, November steps towards the aisle.  Frost is a few steps behind him.

Joel Cronus:  The AOWF Intercontiental Champion – NOVEMBER!

*DING, DING*

Dan Timberland:  Welcome ladies and gentlemen – to the eighth installment of a Fall From Grace – and this is the event's namesake starting us off right here and now.

Frost joins the commentating team.

Dan Timberland:  We’re joined at this time by our top contender to the LWF World Heavyweight Championship and a part of the main event this evening – Frost.

Ransom: Why are you out here?

Angelica: I'm doing table inspections.  I want to make sure this one doesn't break.

Referee Dick Swifkicky checks both competitors for foreign objects.

Ransom:  No one feels worse about what happened to Abunai than me.

Dan Timberland:  You’ve making fun of that tragic situation for the last couple years – how can you say that?

Ransom:  Hey!  I’m a humanitarian; don’t let anyone tell you differently.

November swings at Drake with a shot, Drake ducks under and knocks him off his feet with a chop.  Drake has a bundle of words for Lee as he’s seated.

Ransom: No really, why are you here?

Angelica: To watch a match.

Ransom: You could've done that from the back.

November back to his feet and circles around.  They lock up and Drake takes a side headlock, November powers away from it and swings again which Drake dodges and hits another chop.

Angelica: He's family, I wanted to be out here to support him.

Ransom: Didn't you kids get divorced?

Angelica: Nope.  Just separated.  And even if we were he'd still be family after a fashion.  He'd still deserve someone in his corner, since I know how his father feels about him.

Drake with more words for November as he gets back up.

Dan Timberland:  Drake, as always, never afraid to share his opinion to the competition.

The two lock up again, Drake wins another side headlock.  Over the shoulder take down by Drake while leaving on the headlock.

Ransom:  You saying I don’t know what it is like to be a true father?  I’ll have you know that a lot of people look up to me in this community for my parenting skills.

Angelica:  Oh shut it.  He's still your son.  And trust me - you could've done a lot worse for a son than Kyle.

November powers up to his feet while still in the hold, he pushes Drake to the ropes.  Drake whipped to the opposite corner.  He tries a lariat on the rebound, but Lee ducks and connects with a clothesline of his own on the rebound, taking Drake down.

Ransom:  I could have done a lot better.

Frost slams the headphones off and watches the match intently.

Dan Timberland:  You’ve always been a wonder with the ladies.

Ransom:  That’s what I’ve been told.

Drake jumps back up, but November immediately shoulderblocks him down.

Dan Timberland:  November showing his slight power advantage here.  Lee is defending the AOWF Intercontinental Championship he won a few months ago in this match.

Ransom:  The Charms of course brought that particular belt to glory and reverence.

Dan Timberland:  And November has kept that name in tact as a member of your family.

Ransom:  Don’t start with me Danny.

Drake up quick again, November sidesteps a lariat attempt and attempts to toss Drake over the top rope.  Jeffery keeps feet up on the other side of the ropes on the apron.

Dan Timberland:  Lee thinking he got rid of Drake to the outside, but our President is balancing there.

November comes over to grab Drake but he gets hot shotted on the top rope.  Drake hiptosses Lee over the rope to the outside.

Dan Timberland:  Up and over to the outside!

Ransom:  That was perfectly executed.

Dan Timberland:  Drake needs to stay on the advantage here – he’s been showing some ring rust.

Jeffery with another knife edge chop, and props up November against the commentating table.

Dan Timberland:  Right up against us here – what does he have planned?

Drake with a springboard moonsault from the ring down on Lee on the outside.  Both men are down.

Dan Timberland:  Springboard moonsault to the outside!  Both men are out of it – Drake putting his body at risk.

Ransom:  He’s here to put on a show.  I’d also like to point out…

A stern look from Frost.

Ransom:  That our table didn’t break.

Both men straggle into the ring.  Drake chops him back into the corner.

Dan Timberland:  Drake showing a different style of offense – something that those of us who have called a lot of his matches aren’t used to.

Ransom:  He was telling me it didn’t matter what he did tonight – November wasn’t going to be able to keep up.

Dan Timberland:  That will have to be seen.

Drake whips November into the opposite corner and chases after him but is met with a kick to the face.

Dan Timberland:  November with that snapping kick, Drake just fell face first down.

Ransom:  What’s he doing here?

November hops up to the second rope and drops a guillotine leg drop down on Drake.  He rolls him over and hooks a leg.

Dan Timberland:  A cover!

Ransom:  No way.

Dan Timberland:  Drake gets a shoulder up.  One count away from this being over.

November pulls him back up to his feet, but Drake rakes the eyes and knees him in the gut.  Drake with a DDT to follow it up.

Dan Timberland:  Vicious DDT there.  Drake back in control after that illegal rake of the eyes.

Ransom:  It’s only illegal if he gets disqualified for it.

Dan Timberland:  Well – of course – Referee Dick Swifkicky giving both men some leeway in this match due to the stakes.

Drake pulls him up to his feet and chops him in the corner.

Dan Timberland:  Another knife-edge chop from Jeffery Drake.

November punches back and dropkicks Drake down to his feet.  Drake rolls through the fall and sprints back with a spear on Lee in the corner.

Ransom:  After those chops and that crazy but perfectly executed spear – November’s chest is looking rather red.

Dan Timberland:  Drake sticking with his game plan – he’s got to be worried about that Hero’s Ransom bridging suplex.  Getting caught off guard with that – it’s nearly impossible to kick out of, regardless of the condition you’re in.

Drake backs up a few paces and attempts another spear, but Lee jumps up over and Drake’s shoulder strikes the post.

Dan Timberland:  And Lee dodges Drake’s continued assault by dodging out of the way!

Jeffery dazed as he gets to his feet.  November bounces off the ropes and takes him down a diving shoulder block.

Dan Timberland:  And Drake is down again!

Ransom:  Nope – Drake with a kip up.

Drake swings wildly, but Lee ducks under and connects with a back body drop.

Dan Timberland:  And a back body drop.  November obviously with a plan of his own here.  Both men may talk a big game but they know what the other brings to the table and what kind of competition this is.

November waiting for Drake to get up and locks both arms up in a double chickenwing.

Dan Timberland:  Hero’s Ransom – here it comes!

Drake with a low blow mule kick followed by a spinning heel kick knocking both men down.

Dan Timberland:  NO!

Ransom:  Whew.

Dan Timberland:  Drake in desperation got away from it.

November up first and misses a lariat, Drake slides under and connects with a superkick.  He jumps on quickly for a cover.

Dan Timberland:  A cover!

1

2

Dan Timberland:  NO!  Lee gets a shoulder up.

Drake up in Dick Swifkicky’s face.

Dan Timberland:  Jeffery Drake unjustifiably up in Dick Swifkicky’s face.

Ransom:  He’s right to do it – that count was nowhere near a normal pace.

Drake pulls up Lee and lands a piledriver.  He covers up again.

Dan Timberland:  There’s a piledriver!

1

2

Dan Timberland:  NO!  Lee fights on!

Drake now frustrated with himself.  Lee is bleeding from the top of his head.

Dan Timberland:  Lee showing he’s certainly a fighting champion here – taking everything Drake throws at him and kicking out.

Ransom:  I think he just had a violent shake from a seizure Drake induced in him.

Dan Timberland:  Not so much.

Drake pulls him up in a headlock and whips him to the ropes.  It’s reversed, but Drake comes back with a driving forearm.

Ransom:  Look at that – Drake in control of this entire match.

Dan Timberland:  Unless you count all that time that November knocked him repeatedly on his back.

Jeffery Drake kips up.

Dan Timberland:  Drake jumping to his feet again – looks like he’s headed up top too.

He jumps to the top rope and looks for a four-fifty splash, but November rolls out of the way.

Dan Timberland:  NO!  Four-fifty splash does not connect.

Ransom:  That was a four-sixty – but still that can’t feel good.

Dan Timberland:  Drake is grabbing at his back and his ribs.

November with a second wind, clubs at Drake sending him to the mat.  Lee stomps at the body of Drake.

Dan Timberland:  Drake getting a little pay back for what happened in the middle of this match as November goes to work on the body.

Drake up to his feet and Lee clobbers him again, sending Drake staggering to the ropes.  He slowly bounces back and Lee holds him up in a fireman’s carry.  He jumps up to slam him down and delivers a fireman’s bomb suplex.

Dan Timberland:  That just plastered Drake hard on the canvas.

Ransom:  He better kick out…

A cover.

Dan Timberland:  The count!

1

2

Dan Timberland:  NO!  Drake gets a shoulder up just in time.

November retains control and sets Drake up on the top rope.   He punches out him to keep him off balance.

Dan Timberland:  Going for another high-risk move there on the top rope.  If it pays off that may be enough.

Ransom:  It better not pay off.

Lee looking for another fireman’s bomb from the top, but Drake catches him with a right hand and knocks him off.

Dan Timberland:  And Drake fights him off – and throws him down.  Drake standing up on the top rope.

Ransom:  HERO’S FALL!

Drake connects with a suicide swan dive.

1

2

Dan Timberland:  NO!  November kicks out of the Hero’s Fall.

Ransom:  WHAT!?!

Dan Timberland:  I can’t remember the last time someone kicked out of that.

Drake is irate and shoves Dick Swifkicky down to the mat.  Lee sweeps out his feet.

Dan Timberland:  Drake’s frustration leading to November’s advantage.

Lee jumps over and clutches Drake’s head into a reverse DDT.  He holds on to the hold after driving Jeffery to the canvas – a Miser’s Grasp.

Dan Timberland:  Miser’s GRASP!  He may be too close to the ropes – but he’s got in cinched in.

Ransom:  Get to the ropes!

Drake inching his foot towards the ropes, Lee wrenching back further and further.

Dan Timberland:  Swifkicky checking on Drake – he’s in trouble here – Lee isn’t letting that hold go to waste.

Ransom:  Get Swifkicky away from Drake!

Jeffery fighting the submission hold – Swifkicky slow to his feet is checking on Drake, asking him whether he wants to give in or not.

Dan Timberland:  Drake shaking his arm – is he going to tap!?

Drake’s foot taps the ropes.  Lee waits until the five count to release the hold.

Dan Timberland:  No – that won’t do him in – but November definitely has the advantage now.

Ransom:  Drake’s got the heart of a champion and November lacks it.  That’s what was just displayed there.

November waiting for Drake to get to his feet, sizing him up.

Dan Timberland:  Almost looks like he’s going for that Sweet Dreams kick or a Superkick – who knows but  no one would get up from that after the match these two have had.

Ransom:  Drake could – well… Drake better.

Drake up to his feet and November hops in looking for that powerful side kick, but Drake moves aside and catches the foot in midair.

Dan Timberland:  NO!

Drake wraps the other arm around the back of Lee’s head and arches over for a Hero’s Suplex.

*DING, DING*

Both men are out of it in the ring.

Dan Timberland:  And Kyle Matthew Lee – November – has fallen.

Drake up to his feet first, he’s awarded the AOWF Intercontinental Championship.

Ransom:  That… that was a good match.

Ranvir is in the ring helping Drake stay up as he displays the belt to the crowd.  Drake has some words for Frost as she makes her way past the ring down the aisle.  November follows after her, grabbing the back of his head.

Dan Timberland:  Drake got suddenly overly confident and cocky again.  Don’t expect a handshake between these two.

Frost waits by the curtain.  She exchanges some words with Lee as they make their way behind the curtain together.

Ransom:  I’m so proud.

Dan Timberland:  That’s so touching – I’m surprised.

Ransom:  Of Drake that is.

We cut to a quick promotional break as Drake holds his title high in the ring.

====

Politiks.
Nation divide - Warriors Conquer.

Sometime down the road.

====
We return to find Joel Cronus in the ring.

Joel Cronus:  The next match is the finals of the Matthew Attict Career Memorial Titan Title Tournament to name a NEW Liberty Wrestling Titan Champion!

A small contingent of bagpipe players walk down the aisleway, while whaling away.  Then “Shipping up to Boston” from the Dropkick Murphys starts up.

Joel Cronus:  Introducing first from Boston, Mass.

Iron Nick Swifkicky and the Slutkickys make their way down to the ring through the bagpipes.

Joel Cronus:  Representing the fightin’ Swifkicky family – IRON NICK SWIFKICKY!

He slides under the bottom rope.  Nick looks more focused than normal.

Joel Cronus:  And his opponent…

“Spit Your Game” from B.I.G. eradicates the bagpipe players.

Joel Cronus:  From Miami, Florida – weight in at just under two hundred and twenty pounds…

West Indiez makes his way down to the ring.

Joel Cronus:  I give you Barry Rey – WEST INDIEZ!

*DING, DING*

Dan Timberland:  Neither man in this match made it through even one round of the Titan Title Tourney.

Ransom:  That says a lot about the beginning of this division.

Indiez circling around Swifkicky.

Dan Timberland:  For those of you new to Liberty Wrestling – over the last two months a sixteen wrestler tournament was held to award the vacant Liberty Wrestling Federation Titan Title.

Ransom:  It was dedicated in the honor of fallen wrestler Matthew Attict.

Dan Timberland:  Who’s perfectly well and alive-

Ransom:  His career isn’t.

Swifkicky swipes at Indiez, who dodges back.

Dan Timberland:  There are no disqualifications in this match – and no time limit this evening.  The fall or submission must come in the ring.

Ransom:  Surprised either of them found their way to the ring in the first place.

The two lock up and Indiez immediately throws him over with an arm drag.  Swifkicky is slow to get up in the corner.  Indiez with some words for Nick.

Dan Timberland:  Surge and Kellie Taminson were originally scheduled to face Indiez here tonight – but contract disputes and ruptured spleens have kept them out and away.

Ransom:  Swifkicky deserves a spot on this show.  I think.

Dan Timberland:  Well, certainly his record may not show that – but the breadth of his appearances may have earned him a spot here in our highlight event.

The two lock up again – Indiez works over a hammerlock.  Swifkicky jumps out of it and reverses the move.  Nick with a kick to the gut, but it doesn’t phase Indiez much.

Dan Timberland:  Swifkicky showing a little offense here, but Indiez doesn’t care much for it.
Ransom:  Didn’t these two wrestle not too long ago?

Dan Timberland:  They did – it lasted all of about ten seconds after Indiez connected with a side kick.

Indiez whips Swifkicky in the ropes and as he return Iron Nick knocks down Indiez with a shoulderblock.

Ransom:  Oh my!  Someone call someone – Swifkicky just landed some offense.

Dan Timberland:  Well – at least his father was here to see it.  He’s the one in the zebra stripes.

Ransom:  I know that – don’t you think I know that?  Dick’s only reffed every match we’ve been in since like 2002.

Dan Timberland:  I imagine we have some new viewers this evening and I’m trying to catch them up to date.

Swifkicky hols onto a seated armbar, but West Indiez is quick to work his way to his own feet.Indiez with an Irish whip quickly followed by a dropkick knocking Iron Nick to the outside.

Dan Timberland:  And Swifkicky is knocked up and over that top rope.  He came down hard on the outside.  No count outs of course in this match up.

Indiez with a plancha down on Iron Nick.

Dan Timberland:  And Indiez going up high and splashing down on him there.

Indiez plays to the crowd and rolls him under the bottom rope.  He covers up.

Dan Timberland:  He’s covering up – could this be enough to win him the title?

1

2

Dan Timberland:  NO! Swifkicky with a kick out.

Ransom:  I think even Nick was surprised that he did that.

Swifkicky with a snap shot to the gut and lifts up Indiez for a suplex.  He drops him down hard.

Dan Timberland:  And now Iron Nick – showing a little more offense on West Indiez.

Ransom:  You know – screw Indiez – Swifkicky deserves this title – he deserves the victory.

Dan Timberland:  He deserves it more than Indiez does?

Ransom:  Well – Nick I guess was actually in the tournament in the first place.

Swifkicky hops up to the top rope looking to land a flying maneuver.  But Indiez is up and Swifkicky gets back dropped off the top rope.

Dan Timberland:  The risk there obviously not showing reward for the fightin’ Swifkicky family.

Indiez with some closed fist shots to the face, Iron Nick covers up.  West Indiez drags Swifkicky over to the corner and wraps his back around the ring post.

Ransom:  Wonder where he came up with the idea for this move – some drug induced haze I’m sure.

Dan Timberland:  No DQ’s – this is quite a smart move to slow down Swifkicky and to keep him from pulling off anymore offense.

West Indiez wrings back on the hold.

Ransom:  But Swifkicky’s talent is all in his brain – he should try a choke hold or something if he wants to be “smart” about slowing down Nick.

Indiez slids back into the ring and stands in the opposite corner.  He sprints through and hits Swifkicky with a baseball slide, plastering him below the bottom rope against the ring post.

Dan Timberland:  Some more innovation there – I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before!

Ransom:  Meh.

Indiez pulls Swifkicky up to the top rope.

Dan Timberland:  West Indiez not wasting any time here – taking up Swifkicky to the top rope.

West Indiez with a belly to back suplex off the top rope.

Dan Timberland:  And that belly to back suplex – that should be enough.

Ransom:  That’s a disappointment.

Indiez scampers back up to the top rope and comes down on Swifkicky with a Frog Splash.

Dan Timberland:  That’s the I-N-D!

*DING, DING*

Dan Timberland:  And we have our second ever Liberty Wrestling Titan Champion – WEST INDIEZ!

Ransom:  I’m sure the executive board is thrilled to have such a role model representing one of the titles here in the LWF.

Dan Timberland:  While the Matthew Attict Career Memorial Titan Title Tournament didn’t go EXACTLY as planned – it did bear a champion this evening.

Ransom:  I’ve got twenty to one he fails the first drug test he faces.

Dan Timberland:  Perhaps that will be more competition for him then Swifkicky brought tonight.

West Indiez is presented with the Liberty Wrestling Titan Title in the ring.  He holds it up to the crowd.

Dan Timberland:  We’re going to take a short break as the LWF interns do their best to construct the cell for our main event.

We take a quick promotional break.

====

There's something worth fighting for.
Liberty Wrestling Session 3.2 starts now!

Tell your friends - seriously - our roster is heavily depleted.

====

We return to a quickly constructed cell and Joel making announcements standing on a chair outside of the ring area.

Joel Cronus:  This brings us to our main event.  One fall – three competitors – in a cell for the Liberty Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Championship!

There’s some applause in the crowd.

Joel Cronus:  Introducing first…

A pulsing gray strobe light, throbs over the ring.  “Passive” from A Perfect Circle.

Joel Cronus:  He is the AOWF Television Champion - fighting out of Chicago, Illinois…

Vicious makes his way down to ringside with the AOWF TV title wrapped around his waist.

Joel Cronus:  I give you Trevor Knight – VICIOUS!

He makes his way through the cell door and stretches out a little on the ropes.

Joel Cronus:  Next…

“American Dream Girl” from Joydrop takes over.  Things go blue.

Joel Cronus:  Fighting out of SAN FRANCISCO – CALIFORNIA…

The hometown crowd backs her as Frost comes down the aisle towards the cell.

Joel Cronus:  I give you – ANGELICA LEE – FROST!

She slides under the bottom rope, keeping an opposite core and an eye on Vicious in the other.

Joel Cronus:  And finally the champion…

A reddish haze takes over the lighting scheme and “Change” from the Deftones methodically ramps up.

Joel Cronus:  From Albuquerque, New Mexico…

Lisa Seldon makes her way out to ringside, proudly displaying her title belt.

Joel Cronus:  She is the Liberty Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Champion…

Seldon hands the belt off before entering the cage.  She flips over the top rope while entering the ring.

Joel Cronus:  I give you – LISA SELDON!

*DING, DING*

The three pace about waiting for the first to act.

Dan Timberland:  Once again – Tommy Riley was NOT cleared to wrestle tonight stemming from injuries obtained at the Fall From Grace precard.  This is now a triple threat match for the title.

Ransom:  He didn’t stand a chance anyways.

Vicious and Seldon lock up first.  Frost waiting on looking for an opportunity.

Dan Timberland:  First fall or submission – ends the match.  It does not matter if Lisa Seldon is involved at all in the end.

Ransom:  That’s something she’s painfully aware of.

Vicious catches Seldon with a shot to the gut and pushes her back into the corner.  Frost comes racing from behind him, dropkicking him into Seldon.

Dan Timberland:  Frost taking early advantage here.  She’s the only person in this main event with a Fall From Grace history – and she was successful.

Ransom:  Well Riley would have had that experience edge – after deflating Matthew Attict at Full Collapse’s main event.

Frost doubles up with a modified Bronco Buster on Seldon in the corner.  Vicious rolls to the outside to regain his steps.

Dan Timberland:  Frost choosing her spots wisely, and she’s stomping away on what looks like Seldon’s right knee.

Vicious back in to the ring and grabs Frost from behind.  He lands a Tilt-o-whirl gut buster.

Dan Timberland:  Right down on her stomach – Vicious has been a very different man with the traumatic events that consumed his life over the last couple months.

Ransom:  He mentioned something about this being some sort of culimination for him.

Dan Timberland:  You think it will be?

Seldon takes the opportunity to clip out Knight’s knee from behind.  She follows it up with a bulldog and a cover.

Ransom:  Not if he’s going to get roughed up with stuff like that.

Dan Timberland:  NO!  Vicious pushes off that early pin attempt from the champion.

Seldon slaps Vicious in the back of the head.  Frost up to her feet and she spears down Seldon.  She mounts and throws closed fists.

Dan Timberland:  Frost showing a little angst here.

Ransom:  Seldon has had it coming.

Dan Timberland:  I won’t deny that.

Vicious back up and grabs one of Lisa’s ankles while Angelica is still throwing shots, he kicks her in the back of the head and flips over Seldon into an ankle lock.

Dan Timberland:  And now double teaming our champion followed with an ankle lock.

Ransom:  Trying to slow down her best attribute.

Dan Timberland:  That was some honest good commentary there.

Ransom:  Well – I was going to say her best attributes were her breasts, but with family on the card I have to watch my mouth.

Dan Timberland:  Good job with that.

Frost sits back a little while Knight tugs at the ankle joint.

Dan Timberland:  The AOWF TV champion really holding on to that lock – Seldon doesn’t have anywhere to go.

Frost attempts a standing side kick on Vicious who drops the hold and dodges the move.  Seldon sweeps out Frost’s feet while still on the ground herself.

Ransom:  I think that leg sweep may have hurt her leg more than it slowed down Frost.

Dan Timberland:  Think you may be right.

Vicious throws Frost to the outside.  Her body bangs against the cell.  He follows after her leaving Seldon checking the status of her foot in the ring.

Dan Timberland:  And Vicious takes her outside!

Ransom:  Finally – things are about to get interesting.

Dan Timberland:  Obviously we have medics in the back ready to jump in and insure the safety and health of each of our competitors.

Ransom:  Screw that – I want to see some exposed bones!  Rip ‘em up!

Knight rakes Frost’s face against the cell.  A cut opens on her temple and a mixture of blood slowly mixes with her hair.

Dan Timberland:  She’s gushing – that’s going to be a problem.

Ransom:  That’s an interesting way to dye your hair.

Seldon is to her feet and bounces off the opposing ropes and back towards the two on the outside.  She jumps up to the top rope and down on both competitors with a plancha.

Dan Timberland:  SPACEMAN PLANCHA from the CHAMPION!  All three are down on the outside against the railing of the cell!

Seldon is first up and rolls Frost into the ring.  Blood continues to flow from Angelica’s head, her hair as red as Swifkicky’s.

Ransom:  Things are looking to good for Frost – unless she wants to scare people with next year’s family Christmas card.

Dan Timberland:  It was only opened up a little bit ago – but her head is losing quite a deal of blood.

Seldon lifts up Frost in a modified fireman’s carry and then drives her down with a Michinoku Piledriver.

Dan Timberland:  TEQUILA SUNRISE!  Can this be enough?

She covers up.

Vicious pulls Seldon out of the ring by the foot.  He then immediately crawls back in.

Dan Timberland:  NO!  Vicious wasn’t going to let that be the end of it.

Ransom:  Well, duh.  Of course he would do that.

Vicious looming over Frost in the ring.  He picks her up and tosses her into the corner turnbuckles.

Dan Timberland:  Vicious has separated the two, looking to inflict some damage on the bloody Frost now.

Knight stomps her down to the mat with a quick barrage of kicks.  He takes a few strides back and damns in with a dropkick to the gut.  Frost is motionless in the corner.

Dan Timberland:  Really working over her midsection here.

Ransom:  Maybe he noticed earlier tonight that she had a broken heart after Drake ended November – maybe he’s attacking that.

Seldon sneaking behind Knight looking to creed in with a scissor kick, but Vicious catches her before she can with a drop toe hold.  He quickly wraps her up in the Shangri-la.

Dan Timberland:  Shagri-la!  That high torque armbar has been felt by Seldon before in that faithful AOWF Television match on Friday Night Fiction three months ago.

Ransom:  It’ll be up to Frost to break this up – Seldon is nowhere near the ropes.

Dan Timberland:  Remember – there’s no DQ’s in this cell match – even if she made it, it doesn’t mean Vicious would have to let go of the hold.

Swifkicky checking on Seldon, seeing if she wants to submit.

Dan Timberland:  I don’t know if she’s about to cave in – but…

Frost drops a double axe handle on Vicious.

Dan Timberland:  But Frost breaks up the hold.  Lot of different moment slowing down each wrestler here.  Whomever sustains the least is obviously at an advantage.

Ransom:  Obviously.

Seldon clutching her arm.

Dan Timberland:  And it looks like our champion has a busted arm to go with that weak ankle.  She’s going to have to get creative if she’s going to want to retain here.

Angelica delivers a vicious knee to the face of Trevor Knight.  Knocking him down to the mat.  She turns her attention to Seldon.

Dan Timberland:  Frost edging back towards our champion.

Ransom:  Knight’s jaw may be unhinged from that knee shot.

Frost lifts up and tangles Seldon upside in the turnbuckle into the tree of woe.

Dan Timberland:  Well this isn’t good.

Ransom:  It’s called the tree of woe – what did you expect?  Bunnies and fairies?

Dan Timberland:  What?

Ransom:  I… I … I honestly don’t know.  I apologize.

Frost is called to action with a storm of shots and elbows to Lisa’s right knee.  Vicious slowly getting to his feet.

Dan Timberland:  Knight still feeling out his mouth.

Ransom:  His smile may not be so handsome in the morning.

Dan Timberland: I do believe he’s bleeding from his mouth.

Vicious pushes Frost aside and spears the midsection of the tangles up Seldon in the ring.  She falls out of the position on her head in the corner.

Dan Timberland:  WOW!  Maybe that taste of blood fueled him into- WAIT!

Frost jumps up on the shoulders of Vicious after his spear, pushes down and swings it into a DDT – an Absolute Zero.  Both are down, the blood of Angelica now over the chest of Vicious.

Dan Timberland:  Absolute Zero!  That’s enough!

Ransom:  No… no…

Dan Timberland:  It took a lot out of Frost though.

Frost eventually musters the strength to throw an arm over Vicious.

Dan Timberland:  NO!  He gets a shoulder up.

Frost is first to her feet and takes up Seldon.  Seldon manages some glancing shots that Frost shrugs off.  Frost to the apron, looking to get on the top rope, but Seldon lands a standing kick to the face.

Dan Timberland:  Seldon grabs her foot right after that shot.

Ransom:  Think she would have thought about that before she kicked.

Dan Timberland:  It comes natural out there – you know that – you used to be a wrestler.

Ransom:  Yeah, used to be.  Still, I know when my ankle’s broken.

Seldon musters up the strength in her injured right foot to hop to the top rope and catches Frost’s head on the apron, wrenching her down all the way to the outside with a tornado DDT.  Both of their momentum is stopped by the side of the cage.

Ransom:  Holy shit!

Dan Timberland:  I apologize for his verbage viewers – but I actually things that’s justifiable in this case– just a move of innovation and sheer violence.

Vicious gets up to his feet with an assist from the ropes.  Both women are still down on the outside.

Dan Timberland:  It’s like a battlefield out there.  Both are down… oh now what’s he thinking of trying?

Vicious to the top rope and lands a Seven Star Corkscrew Shooting Star on both ladies on the outside.  The fans are cheering in appreciation from their effort.

Ransom:  Well that was harmfully needless.

Dan Timberland:  What?  How can you say that?  He had a great impact on both of them.

Not a wrestler is stirring, not even a mouse.

Dan Timberland:  Remember – this is not an elimination match.  First fall or submission will take the title.

Vicious is first up, Seldon soon after – both roll into the ring.

Dan Timberland:  The pair that battled over the AOWF Television title to really kick start this version of the LWF – now squaring off.

Ransom:  It’s a shame there’s a cell here.  This is the point in their last match up that my friends paid a visit and made some “executive decisions”.

Vicious clubbing at her, but not getting a lot into his shots.

Dan Timberland:  Not enough in those to take her off her feet.

Ransom:  I can take any woman off her feet with just four words.

Dan Timberland:  You don’t know how much I don’t want to here what they are.

Ransom:  Fine then.

Seldon with a roundhouse kick that knocks him flat.  Seldon sensing victory slowly gets to the top rope, waiting for Vicious to get back to his feet.

Dan Timberland:  She’s looking for the Picture of Perfection – you don’t get up from that one.

Ransom:  We’ll see.

Dan Timberland:  Yes we well – very shortly.

Vicious eventually staggers to his feet.  Seldon about to deliver a springboard corkscrew missile dropkick, but Frost pushes her from behind off the rope.  Seldon’s shoulder hits the apron in an awkward position, and then she bounces to the floor.

Dan Timberland:  That arm again – she may have dislocated her shoulder.

Ransom:  She’s all sorts of banged up.  I bet her housewife of a husband won’t be able to put her back together.

Frost takes the opportunity and attempts a dropkick of her own, but Vicious pushes her off on her decline.  He quickly floats her over into another Shangri-la.

Dan Timberland:  Shangri-la – and with all that blood already gone – Frost is in trouble.

Ransom:  Someone put a call into the back – they can’t start tearing down the cell, this one is over!

Dan Timberland:  Since when are you rooting for someone?

Ransom:  I’m rooting for a long drive home to Southern California.

The blood has stopped flowing, but is spread out all over Frost and the canvas.

Dan Timberland:  Swifkicky keeping a close eye on the situation.

Ransom:  You would hope so, it’s the only possible thing he should be doing right now.

Vicious moves around on the hold for a higher angle and higher torque.  Seldon barely starting to stir on the outside.  Swifkicky checking Frost’s consciousness.

Dan Timberland:  She’s out of it – it’s just been too much blood.

He lifts her hand and it falls to the floor once.

Dan Timberland:  That’s once.  Seldon is stirring on the outside.

Twice.

Dan Timberland:  It relies on our champion if she’s got enough in her to break this up and have a chance to retain her title.

Seldon up on the apron – she makes a leaping dive to break the hold, but her ankle that Frost beat up earlier can handle another high risk maneuver and she falls just short of Vicious.

Dan Timberland:  She tried but she didn’t make it – Swifkicky is trying Frost’s arm one last time…

It falls a third time.  Frost is unconscious on the canvas.

*DING, DING*

Dan Timberland:  THAT’S IT – SHE’S OUT!  VICIOUS is our new champion!

Vicious lets her out of the hold and rolls out to an empty corner.

Dan Timberland:  Frost just took too much – and her own ankle abuse against Seldon, cost her.

Ransom:  I think that armbar didn’t hurt things either.

Seldon is clutching her foot.  Upset and exhausted.

Dan Timberland:  Seldon looks to be injured – she took a lot of showstopping risks in this.

Ransom:  And she lost her belt without even factoring into the decision.

Dan Timberland:  She certainly had her chances.

EMTs rush the ring to check on the well-being of Frost.  November works his way down the aisle behind him.

Ransom:  Hey – get him out of here!

Dan Timberland:  He’s concerned – you should be too.

Vicious lifts himself to his feet and Swifkicky presents him with the Liberty Wrestling World Heavyweight Title.

Dan Timberland:  There’s your new champion ladies and gentlemen.  We thank you for joining us.

November helps Frost to her feet.

Dan Timberland:  For Ransom – I’m Dan Timberland – this was a Fall From Grace Eight – Vertigo – we hope you enjoyed it.  ‘night!

We fade out to quick credits as Vicious holds his title up in the air.
